Strawberries and dark bitter chocolate

Strawberries and dark bitter chocolate.

 

Wash and dry strawberries well. If you like remove green hull.Place a strawberry into each section of the ice cube tray. Melt some bitter dark chocolate and pour over the strawberries. Place in the fridge to set. When set break into bits and enjoy with someone you love. The Strawberries are sweet and the chocolate is bitter a great contrast of flavours.
